Nick is a member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists and an experienced Personal Trainer and Rehab trainer, with degrees in Nutrition and Sports Science as well as Diplomas in Nutritional Therapy and Fitness Training and Sports Therapy.

As well as writing, he runs a busy Wellness Practice, advising on the role of nutrition and exercise in areas such as weight control, stress management, digestive health, female health, pre-conceptual care and sports nutrition He also advises on the use of nutrition in the treatment of degenerative conditions including MS, arthritis and Cancer support.

Nick believes in the power of good nutrition and an active lifestyle as the key to optimal health !
